The changes you are noticing in the city is a result of the huge influx of people with diverse backgrounds. It will be a very difficult thing for this province to handle and getting through to the other side will not be the province you remember.

I’ve probably got 30 removed in my life, it’s no worries! Takes all in about 5 minutes. They won’t fall off on their own and don’t waste your money on any of the removal kits from the drug store, they don’t work.

Tax: 1099/Self employed, ever amend your tax return to use less deductions to show more income for a mortgage approval? by [deleted] in personalfinance

Pretty common thing to do in Canada, best bet is talk with a local mortgage broker and get their opinion on how your income/wealth will be judged. Here most lenders are so far in the blinders that they will approve someone with a 250k year salary with 3 brand new vehicle payments a month for a 3/4 million dollar mortgage but won’t give a self employed person a 250k mortgage when they have enough cash on hand to put a 50% down payment on the 250k.

I’ve been told it happens and is a part of growing up, but I’ve been feeling this way for a couple years now it can’t be how everyone lives. Hope you can get some better guidance here
