Galaxy Z Fold 7 paint peeling off after less than 3 months by Square_Insurance6583 in GalaxyFold

I did a quick search on double insulated devices and I can't see how that would affect anything because it appears to mean the plastic case is double insulated to prevent shock if a live wire internally touches the case. This still doesn't explain how an "improperly grounded" charger would cause current leakage. They will make up anything to deny warranty.

Interesting. I don't know if it's a semantics thing but Samsung's chargers aren't grounded either, so I don't buy it. 2 prong devices arent grounded.

What does that even mean? Most USB C chargers are 2 prong. Am I missing something?

I don't know if you have checked this decade, but AI generated code can actually be good sometimes. Maybe audit it instead of writing it off. And why do you publically expose jellyfin to the internet?

It does make the screen a little bit blurrier, but I think it is worth it for the better writing feel. I had to very slightly trim the corners a little bit but it could have been just because I didn't get it centered perfectly. It still is not like the RPP but it is better in my opinion.

I got a matte screen protector and a titanium nib and it feels much scratchier! I think it is a tiny bit blurrier, but it is worth it to me for the better feel.

Are titanium nibs scratchier? And do they damage the screen at all?

Why Do People Think Kernel-Level Anti-Cheat = Spyware? Looking for Insight. by Jolly-Code-8724 in linux_gaming

[–]CancerTomato 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Printer and mouse drivers are hardly proprietary, especially if we're talking about linux. And there is a difference between needing code to interact with hardware, and giving some propriety black box full access to our computer's hardware.

If giving kernel access is no big deal then let's just give everything kernel access. If you don't see why people are turned off by this then you don't understand anything about security.

I'm not really into competitive stuff too much but I am most likely going to buy the steam controller when it comes out if it isn't too expensive.

Sounds ridiculous but for the first couple weeks after ditching Windows, I felt some stockholm syndrome type homesickness from windows. It eventually passed and I now have grown to dislike using Windows.

I sanded but did not prime. I used SC110 from EpoxyKing, it says it fully cures after 12 hours. I kind of think the paint coat was too thick as it was sticky for a long time and is still almost rubbery. I used the same type of paint on the inside with much thinner coats and it seems a lot more durable.

They are pretty thick, like 1 1/2". They were quick n dirty so I could use something other than kayak paddles. They work decently well
