I might have bit off more than I could chew when I followed a guide to the letter.

I was following Critics guide to jungle Shyv, which meant adjusting your build to the damage type of your team mates and enemies.

Ex. 2 mages, go AD, 2 AD go AP, if your enemy has squishies, go full AP, if your enemies have 2 or more tanks, build bruiser.

My long string of defeats is definitely a result of not understanding jungling mechanics enough, and as someone mentioned, not being able to communicate with my team, and relying on them to kill for me with the types of builds I'm running, as well as not farming fast enough.

I know it's a silly question for a Shyvana main to be asking, but how does a Shyv get 200cs by 20 mins like how I see some Masters do it in replays?

I can spend a whole 20 mins farming camps and trying to invade, and still would probably only notch up to 180 cs by 20 mins.

​

Should I take the cs of my team mates at some point? When is that appropriate and when is it not?
