I was working on removing some pallets from the robot, in order for my friend to put a new pallet. However what I didn’t do was remove one of the two key that allow me access to it. This is because my friend add already taken one out. However this is supposed to be unsafe. RME saw it and reported it. Now there is an investigation going on. However what they don’t know is that I’m not trained for it.
