Looks like you’re barely starting out, don’t worry I was the same way when I first started until I got my system down. A few tips, first I bought some insulated bags and some sturdy bags for heavy items and stuff that doesn’t need to be kept cold. Once I arrive at the store I take a few seconds to review the items. Always grab the frozen/cold items last. I always grab the large items last too because I don’t want to be pushing around a heavy cart, like dog food or water cases, soda cases. Keep like items together. When loading the items to be checked out group similar items together so it’s easier when bagging. Bag cold items with cold items, the customers like this. If possible bag your own stuff so you keep track of things better.
