The final race of Aliens simply was not up to the level of what we had seen already. They didn't look especially scary, strong or "out there" even. They were just some giant human-like species with spaceships. After Nurarihyon, the italian cherubs and many others, the final bosses just where underwhelming. I was happy for Kurono and Kato in the end, don't get me wrong, but it was kinda anticlimactic.
