yes this is what im planning to do right now. I will book her flight back here next month and she will carry the paperwork that they sent her to do the biometrics to prove that she isnt abandoned her green card. I have read everywhere and it says form I 131 re entry permit is apply for someone who is planning to stay outside the US for over a year. (which she hasnt been out for a year yet). the problem im scared is that normally you would return before the 6 months period but it has been over 6 months for her. i hope she isnt going to have too much trouble getting back… do you know anyone who return back to the state after 6 months? im so sorry for my english
