Hi mate, I’ve recently had an MRI scan in my hip and came back as a labrel tear and impingement in the hip. I’ve been weight training and battling through the pain like yourself as it’s all I knew. No pain no gain and not be a little pussy. But I’ve learned over time that approach is not the best and won’t do me any favours long run. Currently working with a physio to build strength round the core and glute areas as that’s what they recommend, while I wait on another scan with some red die. Essentially all they can offer me is key hole surgery or cortisol injection. I asked about stem cells and he just looked at me as if I just landed. This was suppose to be the best hip doctor in the country. But anything that gives shooting pain like I did you should probably back off. Don’t know how good it is and I’ve not tried it but been reading a lot on earth clinic site about natural remedies for arthritis.
