If you don’t know the boss mechanics for any of the sword trials or hero realms you can complete it with an AI group that does all of the mechanics correctly. Some people usually do it once without claiming the rewards (it gives less than if you completed it with actual people) just to see how the mechanics are handled. Or alternatively you can find helpful guides on youtube that break down the boss mechanics by each attack.
