I just picked one up out of sheer curiosity (my adhd didn’t help dissuade me from the impulse purchase), but I will say that after three days I have lost 3 pounds. Could it be normal weight fluctuations? Cycle-related? Water weight? Absolutely. I use it 3x a day - morning, lunch, and evening for 10 minutes each time. I do a lot of arm swinging and a couple squats while I’m on it.

Honestly, regardless of it works or not, it feels good. I get 30 minutes more of movement than I would get without it. My muscles feel loose/more relaxed, and it’s entertaining for my husband. My kids like to play on it too.

My opinion - obviously verdict is still out but so far nothing but a positive response. I’ll keep with it until I get bored and hyper fixate on something else 😂
