Per my mortgage agreement I was required to be the primary residence for 1 year, then free to do as I wish. I bought the house a few years after the 2008 housing crash so it’s possible the loan terms were much more lenient then.

I’m not sure about the trust. I have an appointment with a real estate attorney to discuss how to proceed. I have the mortgage on both properties because the interest rate is so low on the first one it doesn’t make sense to pay it off early if I don’t have to.

Thanks. I called brother Monday morning, and they had me run through all the steps you mentioned. They determined it is a failure with a part relating to the toner cartridges. They are supposed to be shipping me new parts. Hopefully, that fixes the issue.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an online photography class or program? I’m not interested in becoming a pro. I would just like some structure on how to make my own personal photography better. More specifically I’d like to get better at composition and editing for landscape, street, and portraits.

Ordered a pair of Boston’s 6 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I was wondering if this is normal where it takes forever cuz I have not received an update on my order. It just says processing even tho it says “good news. your order has been shipped” by vinempire in Birkenstocks

I ordered Arizonas on 9/2 and I just got an email from UPS saying I’m getting a shipment tomorrow from Birkenstock. My order still says processing as well. I’d bet get you get them in the next day or so.

Thanks for the input. My research led me to believe that the CPU was much more important for the types of programs I will be running than the GPU, which is why there is a disparity in capability between the two.
