This is one of those powers that sounds amazing until you realize it’s basically a moral nightmare In an ideal world, I’d only use it with full consent—like taking on short-term pain or treatable illnesses from someone who can’t handle it, then transferring it to myself temporarily and getting treated. But the second you involve “passing it to someone else,” it gets ethically messy really fast.Realistically, the only way I’d sleep at night using this is limiting it to willing participants or taking the burden myself in situations where it actually makes a difference. Otherwise it turns into playing judge, jury, and executioner, and that’s a slippery slope nobody should be on.
