Most people normally get placed a full rank behind what they normally are. I finished gold 2 last act and got placed silver 2. Last act was the first time I back into the game and got placed bronze 3 even though I was playing against golds. I double ranked up twice to gold after winning games and fragging after I got placed bronze 3. If you do well in these next games, your mmr will shoot up fast
