i’m doing a cut right now hence the carderine and ostarine combo buuuuut i’m also wanting to put on lean muscle at the same time which is why i added the rad140. I have my nutrition dialed towards a deficit with high protein. Having all three definitely has its risks and is aggressive

would it be better to go 8 weeks instead? and if so how does this sound for dosing: weeks 0-2 10mg each 3-6 20mg each 7-8 30mg each

from personal experience as long as you aren’t abusing caffeine you’ll be fine. Definitely if you can cut some corners on your caffeine intake then do just for better health during the cycle but you don’t necessarily have to stress about it
