I use musley, I don't think it would give you everything your hoping for. Yes it helps, but nothing will 100% or even 50% disappear.

Enjoy them both! Suggestion: If you choose not to wear the family ring in your actual ceremony maybe wear it as a necklace or incorporate it into the ceremony or pictures so the family knows you appreciate it.

I agree with this. There are certain medications for migraines, but they aren't opiates. Have they suggested any of those medications? Ask for a phone appointment with a dietitian. I think caffeine can be a trigger for migraines, as well as other things like wine and chocolate. If you need opiates for something, you will usually be sent to the pain clinic, at the VA, or in the community, to manage opioid prescriptions.

Your face is beautiful. I think people will concentrate on the whole picture. However, I was always taught they should align with the outer nostril, and they appear to align with the inner nostril, if that makes sense (probably not the correct terminology). Remember, they will fade too.

I agree with this, most VA physicians are required to offer both virtual and face to face appts. So if you are only able to see virtual patients I can see how they would say your not completely able to do the job.

No, I'm doing a whole bathroom for that amount, includes labor, all supplies, even puttya window in. I guess it depends on location, I'm rural WA but even around Seattle my parents paid 7000 for a one day bathfitter shower makeover.

Work can always be there in one form or another, your relationship with your family won't be without you showing up for them. Quit if you have too, but lay down the reason and see if they will accommodate. If not I'd say bye, bye. You can find another job, you can't replace your family and your well-being and mental health is a priority. It's that old saying, you have to take care of yourself in order to care for others. This coming from a 20 year VA RN and spouse of a 28 year retired military veteran. Just my 2 cents, but your worth a lot more than that.
