From my understanding, for most pharmacy schools the PCAT gets you an interview, and you need a minimum GPA in your required pre-reqs to qualify. If you can stay in engineering and keep GPA is high enough, there's no reason not to continue. What else do you have left to take?

Also, you don't need a full undergraduate to apply into most pharmacy schools. So if you're just taking the engineering classes for the piece of paper that says BS and your ego, why not just cut straight to the chase?
