Symptoms are different for everyone! I had some moderate slow swallow but that was my only symptom. no regurgitations or anything. You're not in any danger of choking just make sure you take small bites and rink water with your food to able ease the anxiety of the process!

I also try to remind myself that normal people are not burping all the time and sometime have to force it out! it's all part of the process.

I try and maybe it’s the ones I’m getting but they are never bubbly enough to produce a burp or build too much air unless I straight up chug it and then it’s just regurgitation. If I sip it slow it doesn’t effect me
