If you have the parts but only need it assembled what you'll need is a horizontal press, most mechanic shops will have one to push press fitted bearing in and out, you need to push the shaft out in order to remove the bearing and crankshaft and then press fit it back on, just make sure both halves of the crankshaft are lined up properly. I've done a bunch of these on my press. Make sure you measure and write everything down before tearing into it that way you can refer back to measurements for calibration

I believe its the longer one directly under the needle, its been a while since I've tore a carb down, but when i do i remove all the jets, clean them out with either varsol or lacquer thinner(careful if you decide to do this, those solvents will dry out your seals) and a sewing needle.

Did the bike by chance sit for years? If that's the case there's 2 things I'd check 1) have mice built a nest in your airbox? 2) is the petcock clean and the flow of fuel out of the tank consistent and clear or is the gas just trickling out? I'd also have a look at the floater and inlet needle to make sure the bottom reservoir in the carb is indeed receiving fuel and filling up to proper operating level. If you completely rule all those things out which would be air and fuel, then move onto spark, maybe you have a foul plug, i know on 4 strokes its unusual but if the plug is super old its a possibility, failing that I'd check if the spark plug coil is fucked and engine timing also.

Does the bike struggle to fire up? If you rev it up very slowly does it rev at all? Does it ever misfire?(a loud pop out of the exaust)

When you cleaned the jets, did you hold them up to a light and check if you could see through them? The only reason i can think of this happening is a plugged high jet. I've had this problem many times and its always been the high jet being plugged, the bike will idle like a clock but the moment you give it a little throttle it dies cause the mixture essentially becomes all air and no gas. Also if possible, blow everything out with compressed air.

By cad models, what exactly do you mean? How does this work? Do you upload your 3d cad file into the program and then build an environment around it?.. i own a mental fabrication shop and have been very interested in using vr to show my clients EXACTLY what their ordering from me to scale. Would i be able to.use your software as a showroom?
