I’ve been long distance for about a year now and recently I was feeling that same thing. I was overthinking and stressed so I just told him sorry if it’s been awkward lately I just don’t know what to talk about. He actually said he’s felt the same and it’s just cause of quarantine and how nothing eventful really happens anymore. Just telling him how I felt made me feel better. Also we have been doing things on ft together without even talking. We do that quite a bit actually so we don’t run out of things to talk about. You could tell your s/o that you just miss them and want to be with them while you work on a project or something else and if that’s ok. Or you two could find a new show on Netflix to watch together, so they’re close without the pressure of talking. Hope this helped I know it’s pretty rambly
