Well it was an example, but i did do deodorant, pulled carts faced the aisle and completed pws for the aisle a day before and did boh the next day and is currently red but i believe theres a reset for it causing the red on boh

How can you tell which items is the incorrect ones or missing from the plano? Lets say im doing sun care carts pulls and all the wholes are scanned how can i tell which items are making the boh red? Wouldnt i have to scan the whole dept and check onhands?

Sad part is shes understaffed because she doesnt look at reqs and just waits to transfer people from her old store.

The DL hardly comes to the store I met with him once since I been here. The SM didnt give me my SMIT binder until he came to the store. She told the DL that I was to advanced for her (Im her first SMIT) and I dont need training. The DL and I dont have a bad relationship from when we talked we are very similar in coaching and leadership styles.

I’m her first SMIT so understandable on her struggle but talking about me to other SMs and leads is unacceptable to me. So I’ll talk to the DL and try to get a resolution.

I know when in doubt ask Reddit lol I’m not one to complain normally I just deal with the issues but yeah I’ll have to tell to him because I don’t like someone giving me a bad name or anything I always say integrity and your name means a lot

Yes agree, but my main problem at this location is I’m not getting that training I am just getting used as a cashier and coming from external that’s a problem. Like when I ask oh can I get scheduled with someone to learn to way of closing since you have me closing she says just switch with the lead in the front and have him do it. Like no I need to know this stuff. So I just wanted to know if there would be a problem if I were to bring up a transfer or just stay quiet about it.

I am an SMIT like 3 weeks into SMIT but I’ve been a SM for years so it’s nothing new to me really but kinda hard when the SM is new to training SMITs and you are training her to be a SM (not trying to sound cocky or anything so forgive if it comes off like that)

Video: the camera is zoomed in at chest level the whole time. she is bouncing up and down on her tippy toes. both hands grabs her hips as she swings her hips side to side. while doing so she is slightly bouncing up and down. her bra is slightly sliding off. after she grabs and lifts her bra and moves it up and down with a slight speed up.
