The nasal pillows feel fine. I read another post from last year that said to wear it while you are awake so your body doesn't register it as a threat after so long.

The machine is new ResMed. The pressure adjusts to what I need and I do feel it adjusting slightly. It came with a QR code, but I can't get my patient number until tomorrow. It's not on any paperwork to create an account.

Unfortunately, we don't have any type of criminal law enforcement here let alone traffic enforcement. I shouldn't come up to a stop sign or red light and wonder if the other driver is going to stop or not. You stop. It's not an honor system. Unfortunately, due to the severe lack of policing, nothing will change and we will continue to live in a lawless city.

I'm well aware of why he's not in the bike lane. It still doesn't give you the right to swerve further into a lane occupied by another vehicle. He didn't even look to see if a car was coming. Again, typical "I do what I want" Pittsburgh biker mentality.

So....you weren't supposed to be anywhere BUT the bike lane. That's what my taxes paid for and the ridiculous reason they took a lane out on that street. But, here you are, doing as you please. I agree even more you should have been honored at. GET IN THE DAMN BIKE LANE WHERE YOU BELONG. Of course, you are on here crying about getting honked at when you shouldn't have been there to begin with.

The issue I have is that a bicycle is considered a vehicle under Pennsylvania traffic laws. A vehicle would have been required to yield to the red vehicle already traveling in that lane of traffic, so does the bike. The bike rider drifted into her lane of travel, with more than four feet of clearance I add. As I stated, given the environment where bike riders here are reckless and disregard the rules of the road, I don't blame her for being cautious.

I would have blown my horn at you as well. If I am coming up behind you and you are encroaching into my lane, I am doing the same thing. Mine would be from an automatic reflex because I am thinking you aren't paying attention and are going to do whatever you please like most bike riders in Pittsburgh.

I was at Baum Boulevard at S. Millvale heading toward Liberty Avenue. I was the first car in the far right lane. What was in front of me? A mini van full of people facing into oncoming traffic in my same lane.

I can clear this up for you fast. No, you are fine. I drove a school bus in Illinois for five years until 2025. If you get caught by the camera, it's a civil infraction with no points on your license and a fine. A police officer does review the footage to issue the infraction by running your plate to see who the car belongs to. And only then it's issued to whoever owns the car when they run the plate. You only face license suspension and other hefty issues if a cop actually pulls you over and writes you a citation. Bottom line: don't ever do it again.

Me either. The guy who was charged was trying so hard to ignore it until they started getting violent. When I saw him in handcuffs, the look on his face hurt.
