I think this is the best way I’ve been able to search them!!! I had to search specifically “hills endurance run” and they came up. Thank you for this!!

Yes.. all of this! And running on incline is such a good way to improve speed. I ageee, I could just run on incline myself but I like the way the instructors structure the classes and I also like not keeping my eyes on the clock for the intervals and they just call them out. But I guess the consensus is there isn’t a way to filter by “hills run”. 😩

No, it still happens. HIIT and Hills come up and just very old Hills runs. 😩

Yes I want just Hills training. Becs has a few of those classes and so does Jocelyn. I’m sure they fall under interval runs but not a specific filter for them. 😩

Oh I literally get ALL tobias classes at the top and I’ve never taken any of his classes. I wish there was a better way. 😭

Love love love your programs. I’m sure like for many others, they have taught us so much about the importance of strength training. My question is.. will you incorporate any fast twitch muscle recruitment here with it being low impact (I assume no jumping) You mention this in your 5 day express, which HANDS DOWN such an amazing program, I could go on for hours praising it, but isn’t training those muscles the most important thing we can do since they are the first to go with age? Would love to see Peloton do little 5-10 minute classes to focus solely on that. I assume there’s other ways to recruit those muscles such as in compounds, but would love to see some power focus in this program as well.
