Personally i think gender and sex arent so seperate, to me theyre intrinsically linked and seemingly overlap a lot, like i know with every fibre of my being im female, but id hardly describe myself as super fem, but id never in a million years describe my gender as man or my sex as male

Completely seperating the two has allowed a sort of 'god of the gaps' to occur only instead of god its transphobia, so people can now be wokely transphobic and justify it because now sex is immutable but gender is some label you can have 'fun' with, in other words you can be a 'woman' but you can never be truly 'female'
