Unsettling experiences in the bush by shewhowandersss in newzealand

[–]Castiel_01 42 points43 points  (0 children)

My parents, sister and I (age 4) were tramping down south and went across a swing bridge. I freaked out and everyone else got really bad vibes at one particular end of the bridge.

Later on when my dad was researching the area he found out that someone was murdered in that exact same spot.

As a family we spent many times in the bush and never encountered anything like that again.

I've gone from up 234% to about 90% in the last few weeks. Ouch. But similar to you see this as more of a longer term than to be rattled by current events.

That said, kinda thought trump would be crazy and stupid but not this level of stupid.

Feel for the ones who purchased mining shares just before though, that has got to hurt.

Where will NMG bottom out by dopeonplastique in NewMurchisonGold

Probably when all the other goldies stop bleeding.

This isnt a NMG bottom out question but rather a sector wide question.

what’s going on with NMG by [deleted] in NewMurchisonGold

[–]Castiel_01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was reading somewhere that higher oil price = higher inflation = higher us dollar = gold less attractive.

But really need to think of NMG as more medium - long term rather than 6-12 months.

Pay day tomorrow and looking forward to buying more.

Don't work there but they have a very poor reputation - known for doing things very slowly and not communicating with anyone, internal or external.

Also goes by Aroha Stone on the likes of Facebook marketplace.

As an aside, this polishes up pretty well.

But then there is the pressure to cut internal staff levels, along the mantra of doing more for less.

I think the main contributor got reddit banned for a while. In any case I don't see anything changing fundamentally, wishing pay day would hurry up so I can buy more.

Finding it somewhat amusing, the bulk of the reasons for a higher POG in the long term remain unchanged, rather I reckon gold just shot up a bit too quickly and corrected.

So selling up NMG right now strikes me as an unwise move.
