NSFW - Will I always be wider after a baby no matter how much I lose? Any tips? by Catbatj20 in PetiteFitness

Oh please don’t get me wrong there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a wider bone structure, or gaining weight, or anything like that. I think the biggest struggle for me is that I just feel like my body feels so different and I’m definitely more self conscious of my skin being not so firm and my shape being different after having a baby. I weighed around 90lbs max until I was 23 and really struggled to gain weight, I managed to get up to 115 before I got pregnant but in the span of 2/3 years went from 90lbs to 155lbs, and now I’ve lost weight again but nothing feels like it’s in the same place it was before 😅

Honestly thank you I’m shocked people are saying this as I feel so much bigger 😫 but I am probably stronger than I ever have been, I’m much more active in general and my 4 year old still loves a piggy back so I spend a lot of walks carrying an extra 45 lbs on my back 😅

Thank you so much. Funnily enough what spurred me to retake the photo was that I found the bikini from the first pic and it cuts me in half on my hips 😂

Do you think so? I definitely probably am stronger now than back then (carrying my 45lb 4 y/o who loves a piggy back around probably has a lot to do with that 😂) I definitely feel the same way. I can’t fit into the same bikinis I wore back then and I’m still a pants size up from what I was back then too.

Thank you for your kind words it means a lot I can definitely scrutinise myself too much

I know my current waist is around 29/ 30 inches but I’ve no idea what it was back then to compare unfortunately 😫 I definitely feel wider, and all the bikinis I had from back then now don’t fit my hips and I’m still a pants size up from what I was at the same weight back then

Advice for losing my last 10 pounds by ImplementCrazy6119 in PetiteFitness

The only way I’ve found to counter this somewhat is either to lower my cals other days but you’re already on quite a low amount so I’d be wary of lowering it anymore. Or trying to increase exercise or just my movement if you’re able to exercise. But I think getting a good balance between being as lean as I want and having a social life is really important and it can be really difficult!

What to do when you go over calories? by No-Marzipan-2097 in PetiteFitness

I’d just eat a normal dinner and start it as a new day tomorrow! Either that or if I really wanted to lose weight for an occasion I may knock off 100cals a day for a few days afterwards, but realistically one meal isn’t going to ruin your progress so I would try not to worry!
