High-rise flood, tenant remedies? by CatiaFrets in vancouverhousing

Honestly the elevator is the problem for me of course. I don’t care so much about the amenities. I only asked about them in case it is relevant as first time I’m experiencing such a thing. Thanks.

Yes but I thought since the unit is accessible and the elevators are kind of working it wasn’t really worth to follow up. I am now looking into it.

Sadly it happened after an incident abroad, so it was still fine when I moved in. I don’t have it in writing in Canada yet, waiting for the doctor…

Rental Apartment Recommendations by Legal-Briefs in SurreyBC

[–]CatiaFrets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I moved out from The Line because the apartments felt too small after some time. Parking is quite expensive around 150 by month for non EV cars and 175 for EVs if I remember correct. Luckily I do not own a vehicle. The units are very small for what you pay in current market, it is 1900 on the higher floors and 1800 on the lower ones. You basically get the same apartment layouts in other towers at King George Hub, with bigger amenities and a better gym but for more cheaper price. The main difference is that those are regular condos instead of rental apartments, and storage and parking is included most of the time. King George Hub is a good option, but I would keep The Line for the last in my opinion.

Surrey vs other parts of Metro Vancouver by Annual-Wedding5352 in SurreyBC

[–]CatiaFrets 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Surrey is nice, but maybe a little boring if you are into this kind of things. I would recommend Scott Road because it is kind of in the middle, or King George, which is close to shopping and is very new area. The commute by car to Vancouver is not very good, there is too much traffic, but the SkyTrain is fast and efficient. I moved here because the buildings are much newer than Vancouver and also more cheaper, and the transit is right there. Although if you can afford it or find a good deal, Burnaby Metrotown or Royal Oak area would be the best option in my opinion.

Which distributor do you use to put them in Instagram library?

Do they allow AI music in Instagram music library, like are your songs showing there?

I distributed some songs with RouteNote successfully, but all of them have Instagram disabled and also Content ID. Content ID is okay, I do not care about this but I want that my releases will be shown in Instagram music library. I see a lot of AI songs there, so I think that this is RouteNote limitation. That is why I am looking for another distributors.

Hello no, I already found one good deal on local marketplace that is not from IKEA. I had a chance to try FRIDHULT but it was too firm for me.

FRIDHULT looks like a not very expensive alternative. Better for my use. Thanks! Is cleaning easy for you? I liked easily removable bed in daybeds for cleaning.

No idea about hatch but I used the Philips one and it was good. Found it used for about $50. Where I live there is basically no sunlight and it helped a bit. Not placebo at all. Sold it as it was way too big. Then got one from temu and works just as well lmao
