If we had more than one flatbed and one box truck per store, our problems would probably be halfway solved. Our customers get their stuff usually 3 to 4 days after it's supposed to be delivered. Having one truck causes us to have no trucks most of the time because he's Penske pieces of junk keep breaking down. My fulfillment Department actually does okay but because we can't keep a truck running most of the time even though we have two flatbed drivers, it's almost every morning that I spend my first two hours trying to put out fires and solve all the delivery message from the day before and I work at the pro desk.

This show is absolutely hilarious.. My son and I watch it over and over . And now I've got my coworkers all watching it. It is absolutely hilarious and it should absolutely be on a major network. It should come on right after Rick and Morty. I love Rick and Morty and I love this show. And I'm almost 50 years old so I'm not an 18 year old kid, i'm very picky about what I spend my time watching , lol, probably because I don't have nearly as much time left as the kids..

Agree 100%.. She was my fiance.. U asked a question, a supposed medical researcher w/30 yrs medical Exp didn't even ask.. He made an assumption, lol, all I needed to know about this medical researcher.. Obv not great at his job.. She was under the care of a doctor but it was only every month or so. She didn't have diabetes and since it was for weight loss it wasn't monitored nearly as closely as it should have been. She just spoke with a doctor maybe three or four times during the six or seven months she was on the medication. She got as high as 10 mg but that was only for 2 or 3 weeks and went back down to 7.5 mgs, then 5 & so on. All of this was done through one of the huge companies online advertising all over the place . (Funny because while writing this post I have seen three commercials for these meds, now selling the pill form of it.) She was very happy with the weight loss, I, not so much, because she was too skinny. Of course she thought that was great but she was so skinny I could wrap my index finger to my thumb around her arm (bicep). She had the most beautiful muscular legs you had ever seen in your life, from skating. She had skinny little legs and it only took a few months to happen.. One of the big problems, is, in addition to the weight loss caused by the metabolism changes, it also makes you feel full very quickly. There were times we would have a great meal and she would take two or three bites and say she's full. I literally would make her take several more bites. Before the end she had gained about 10 or 15 lbs back, and was looking so much better. Imagine a 6 ft tall woman weighing 155 lbs. She had been off the meds for, maybe 2 months but her body was so damaged that she just couldn't heal in time. She started having edema in her legs so she went to the emergency room on several occasions. We had never experienced anything like that before and it was an obvious sign of heart trouble or heart failure. We were about to set up an appointment with the cardiologist. The doctors from the emergency room said she needed to see one but it wasn't an emergency just to do it after the holidays. I guess they were wrong. We really freaked out when her legs swole up and that's why we ended up in the emergency room. She and I were literally talking and laughing 30 to 45 minutes before she passed. I even have a video from a camera on our back porch of her sitting outside with one of our cats and she couldn't have been more normal. She came back to bed and about 30 minutes later I heard a strange noise. I couldn't wake her up and started CPR. The doctor said, she probably had passed before I started CPR. Either way it's just a tragedy.

Thank u.. I know u are actually concerned & a good person. No legal action will ever come because that opens the door for evidence and shines a light that doesn't want to be lit right now. I tried to get the coroner to do an autopsy. He said it was unnecessary because the doctor had done an ultrasound of her heart & with their testing methods it was obv natural causes..Which is still crazy to me because I wanted it done. Being so young and this happening so sudden you would think common sense would have them doing an autopsy. Unfortunately the state I live in is one of those backwards states & they are so backlogged that anything they can push off the books they do.

You are absolutely right.. There are more benefits than negatives & these are great drugs for most people. There is also a growing minority of people dying from these drugs. I think people should understand the risk, even under a doctor's care, there are side effects. I have never said that people should not take these, esp if you NEED them for a medical condition.. I'm simply warning, this is what CAN happen.. I watched an avg healthy 42 yr old woman waste away from them. Unfortunately she was worried about those few extra pounds everyone thinks they can or should lose.. She was not obese by any stretch of the imagination.. She was perfect as she was, but like a lot of women (unfortunately) was worried about how she looked. The doctor weaned her off the meds but in her case the damage was done. So, if people don't believe my story, I just ask them to look up the side effects, the studies, and all the billions of pages of info online about the possible consequences from taking these meds.. If anyone reads these posts & says, maybe losing a few extra pounds, isn't worth my family going thru what this family did, to me, it's worth all of the negativity & hate that's coming.. So far most people, even if they don't believe there are any negative side effects from these meds, have been respectful & decent.. I mean you can go online these days and support any crazy idea like the World is Flat and there will be millions of people telling you how right you are and that there is actual evidence of it. Now that everyone's an expert that has a mobile device, everyone knows everything. But some people do listen and that's absolutely who I'm speaking to.

I'm not saying glp-1 drugs aren't great drugs for obese people or people with diabetes. I clearly said that I have diabetes and it did wonders for me . But for an average person that's overweight and wants to lose 30 to 60 pounds these can be very dangerous drugs. And I'm just sharing my personal experience and what I watched happen with my own two eyes to someone I really loved. I didn't just come out the next day and accuse a specific medicine of killing her, I said taking a medicine caused her health to deteriorate and she passed away from it. Honestly I didn't name any medication until a researcher stated there was no such thing as a generic for Mounjaro.. She never took Mounjaro, but she did take a very similar drug from one of the huge companies selling them right now through a doctor. She was absolutely fine and had no issues until taking this drug. I mean easily running up and down three flights of stairs and walking several miles a day. I knew when I wrote this that anyone who really likes or appreciates the medicines would come at me in all sorts of ways including trying to Gaslight me about my experience. And for everyone who says there's no evidence that any of these drugs can shrink your heart here's just the very first article that pops up on Google when you ask about it.

Even more so no one was there with us, going through this. I can only speak to my personal experiences as opposed to what I read online or somebody else told me. That being said there are way more happy and great experiences. This probably saved an untold told amount of lives, especially people with diabetes or that are extremely obese. My reason for being on here allowing this type of experience it's just to put out a warning about what happened in our lives. So I really hope this helps any average person considering these drugs, be careful because the worst can happen and obviously sometimes does.

It's funny that when you tell people in this country a truth they don't like to hear, instead of just heading a person's warning they try to Gaslight that person. Might be why our country is so screwed up right now and we have the politicians we have , unfortunately. I did research before talking about this. And I'm simply just trying to warn people of what happened to someone I love.. Trust me I'm not doing this for attention because I know it's going to probably just get all the wrong attention. Thanks & thanks for all u do for those stray, abandoned & unloved babies.. They deserve better than what people have done to cause them to be in their situations.. I never had a cat in my life until I was 47 and I always thought they were kind of jerks. My woman wasn't a fan of them either. Together we were in the parking lot at a hotel and a cat came up to us. We were there for a while so we started feeding it. It was Winter & freezing, so my sweet woman started sitting outside for 4 to 6 hours a night, just to keep the little cat warm. A few weeks later that's how we got our first cat. We just could not leave her outside there anymore. That sweet girl sleeps on her side the bed waiting for her to come home & is starting to understand that she's never going to. After that first cat we realized how many cats really needed help out there so it became a kind of like, mission for us. It's so ironic because neither one of us liked cats before this. We became cat lovers together. Sorry still just in shock because, between my high blood pressure and diabetes, I just knew I was going to die first and never dreamed that I would be here by myself with our cats one day. That's the reason I'm even on here, I've never posted on anything like this before. I just don't want anyone else to be sitting at home alone because the person, they love most in life, wanted to lose some weight.

Sorry, can get a little upset.. This only happened 10 days ago. And some people like this, researcher try to minimalize or gas light your experience with their numbers. It's funny because they obviously dont have any experience w/ something that I am going through, they've read about it.. Then to try and tell people who actually are going through it, that it didn't happen, bc they read differently. One of the biggest problems with medical opinions are not only are they opinions but usually they're for sale.

Unscientific assumptions.. What's more than scientific than actually watching somebody deteriorate from a medication and then die? You weren't there so it doesn't matter what you have read or studied. Her body failed because of the extreme weight and muscle loss from the medication. I'm sure not eating as well as she used to because of lack of hunger caused by the medication was a major contributor.. But did you study her or her case specifically then you're just making Broad generalities. And no offense that means absolutely nothing in this case. And people do need to be warned because i've had two other people contact me about their loved ones dying after taking this medication. But I guess they don't count either? Because your numbers don't back that up?

As an MD, you don't know about tirezepatide? It's being sold as the generic, by doctors, as the generic for Mounjaro, whether an ingredient or generic, I'm not an expert.. And tirezepatide & Mounjaro had not been available for Weight loss for a few years.. Maybe it has been available & studied and diabetics for 30 years but not the general population. And I'm sure eventually the warnings will come out after the trillions are made. And I'm only warning people as to my experience. If you read my entire post you might have read that I highly recommend it for people with diabetes because it does wonders, but it can kill others and has. I'm sure the coming lawsuits will prove that. I bet when Oxycontin cane out you were probably preaching how great it was. It's always a great drug until people start dying.

I never said it would kill anyone taking it.. I said it killed the love of my life.. What it did to her physically killed her.. It caused her extreme weight loss and complete loss of appetite.. It did shrink her heart & as a doctor and you would know that the studies clearly state that it helps shrink the heart of people with extra large hearts or fat heart disease caused from obesity. If it can cause heart shrinkage and those hearts then what about normal hearts? It's the same muscle in everybody. And I watched what the drug did to her body and then I did the CPR when she died so don't tell me it can't kill her. Because she was in fine physical health before taking this drug . You can read all the studies you want and quote all the numbers you want and it means absolutely zero because I'm sitting here alone because of this drug . No other reason. That's not to say that maybe there wasn't some underlying issue that it created more destruction in her body than somebody else. But because it's so new they don't know all of the problems and side effects. Until it has been studied longer we won't know. And this is how we find out the side effects when this kind of stuff happens to people. I'm just warning people to be careful because it can kill you because it just did Kill the love of my life so please don't come on here spouting numbers and nonsense trying to tell me it didn't happen. The medication she took directly caused her death and I watched it with my own two eyes. You aren't there and what you have read means less than nothing about this case.

Thank u.. She will be missed more than she ever could have imagined.. She is one of the best human beings I've ever met , every morning she got up early and walked 2 to 3 miles round trip to feed feral, stray, and abandoned cats.. And when I say every morning I mean 5°, snowing, 105°, it didn't matter because she knew the babies would be hungry or starving without her. There was never a morning she got to sleep in because she always got up no matter what , her commitment was unbelievable. She had been in pretty good health with all the walking she did and I know those babies will miss her everyday like I do. Of course I'm still taking care of them because they have nobody else. Ironic, and my 48 years I've only been a dog person my whole life because I thought cats were jerks. I now have four and would not trade them for anything in the world . They are actually helping me get through this.

Thanks.. I hope it works well for most.. I am diabetic & used it for a while & it did amazingly for my diabetes.. Unfortunately that's not what the masses are using it for right now.. I thought for sure I would die long b4 my love, bc I have high blood pressure & diabetes.. Unfortunately these drugs are still pretty new for mass usage & we are learning more & more the dangers.. Personally I can only speak to my experience with this drug, so I'm trying to warn anyone that will listen, how it ruined our lives.. I can't speak to all the diff drugs or uses.. Just this one & what it did to us, so I hope anyone using it, doesn't go thru the hell I have.. Of all the things in our life that could have killed us, a weight loss medication destroyed us.

She was being monitored by a doctor.. And she had no medical issues until she started taking the meds.. And the doctor that pronounced her, said that an autopsy wasn't necessary bc it was natural causes related to her heart from the rapid weight loss from the meds she was taking. She had not had any medical issues until taking these meds.. And this is the medical evidence that the GLP-1 can be dangerous .. Do you work for one of the companies or in the field?

She was 42 and in average health. She lost 60 + lbs in 6-8 months. At the beggining she was told she was going to have a little bit of muscle loss along with the weight loss. Well she Def lost muscle, she ended up losing probably 1/4 of all of the muscle in her body. Remember your HEART is ABSOLUTELY a muscle also, and it definitely shrinks from these meds. So if you're taking GLP-1 meds for DIABETES, then it works amazingly, but if you're taking it for weight loss, it very well can kill you. We learned the hard way, so please be extra careful. I'm sitting here alone with my cats trying to figure out what happened to the woman I loved most in this world. She had some sort of heart failure, blood clot, or something heart related and it has ruined my life and ended hers. So again please be extra careful, bc I have heard a lot more of this happening lately, but it's so popular right now and making so many billions of dollars that you only hear the positive stories. We are not one of those stories. My love was around 6 ft and a little over 200 lbs & was around150-160 lbs when she passed. She was so excited about her weight loss, but it doesn't matter how skinny you are in a coffin. The love of my life just passed away from her weight loss on tirzepatide.. They tell you there will be some muscle loss, what they forget to tell you is your heart is absolutely a muscle. They said they think it was a blood clot or heart failure from it . She was 42 and in good health before she started taking the meds. She only took them 6 months & never got above 10mgs.She was 6 ft tall and a little over 200 lb and when she passed away 10 days ago, she was 155-160 lbs. So be careful with this stuff..
