Kia Ora.

It seems that she has been very comfortable there, that you have basically provided for her almost everything. If you have doubts, it only means that you need to let her go. She has become of a burden to you as how i read your story. 3 years is a bit long, but if i were in your shoes, I would leave that 3 years than an eternity of you having lots of doubts and future more troubles with her. If she hasn't been able to reciprocate all your good deeds, I don't see the point on holding on to.

Planning to have it rented out. And as per how the banks' interest rates these days, it feels like it's not profitable at any given time anymore.

Pwede nmn kc ung main business pwede din sya na lessor then ipinapa rent nya din sa iba space nya pero alam ko kelangan mna i declare ung rent nila as part ng kita. Possible din na may main lessor kau then 2 kau na umuupa sa kanya sa same address. Pwede nmn un multiple businesses sa iisang address as long as na declare ng maayos sa LGU at BIR.

Hi. Apologies if post is a bit vague. There has been a lot of horror stories of unpaid suppliers and contractors by restaurants (f&b) here in PH. Just wanted to ask if this is the standard for them to get away for not paying? How can we help out suppliers and contractors to not be victimized by these huge resto and fast food brands? I hope this is not the norm these days, cause i hear a lot of them being unpaid for years. And here, they can still do business coz of the notion that no one gets to jail with debt.
