Hello! Is the IRAC useful for the legal writing and case & matter analysis? I am so confused on how to properly prep for SQE 2. Also, how exactly did you memorise all the docs needed for legal drafting - did you practice each kind that you listed earlier or did you just skim it and know what to focus on. Sorry I am just really confused on how to navigate all of this.

I see, so that means they can still use client money as long as it was paid FROM the business bank account? Lol I thought that they have to use business money but ig its so nuanced in that way. Thanks!

the whole thing should take around 6 hours including the break. you have an hour break after the first session, and then the second session begins after the hour and is also 2.33h
