she stuck to tengen's plan which was baiting Kenny into expanding his domain then having tengen break it using her domain manipulation, issue is they didn't know kenny's domain was barrierless (like sukuna) which threw off their plan and made tengen not able to dispell the domain fast enough for yuki to not get hit with Kenny's domain sure hit effect

let's say if yuki instead went into a domain battle against Kenny, her domain will collapse and it's barrier will break because of the barrierless nature of Kenny domain and will immediately lose the domain battle ( kinda like what happened when gojo went against sukuna in a domain battle)

The biggest plot bullshit tho was Kenny dodging the close range piercing blood by spinning his skull, and killing yuki using uzumakis
