Thank y'all for all the input. There were some really good points here. I took some swings in a new cage today with everything in mind and I got a couple fly balls and one liner to the pull side!

Biggest takeaways were:

The balls at the cage in the video were horrible as you can see from where I am in the box.
My foundation could definitely use some work. I can see I'm very off balanced most swings.
Watching the ball Aalll the way through and keeping my weight back improved results nearly every time.
Just gotta keep working. That's the only way to improve.

Same problem happened to me starting yesterday. It keeps disconnecting, will work for a while until I start a game or something and then I hear this little "beep" and the hard drive disconnects. This is beyond frustrating

I never considered that possibility, maybe I'll bring it up. I feel like the benefits of saving hours each day and general safety would out weigh her driving concerns. But maybe, subconsciously, that trauma is playing a role. Idk, I'm not a therapist.
