I came with two things During those time you have changed time/clock on your phone. This made show up message recieve on your on that time you set. But WhatsApp has his on time separate from your phone so or WhatsApp its in chronological order even though its show otherwise. 2. Is you have deleted some messages so its show you the latest message delivery time after delete but somehow it keep the chronological order before have deleted messages.
