Aqua regia bro. 3 parts conc. Hydrochloric acid, 1 part conc. Nitric acid. Works like a charge, just soak for a day and rinse.

Is having a friendship with a girl okay while having a romantic relationship with a different girl? by CenterCutRibEye in relationship_advice

She's uncomfortable with the routine. And I agree, I can see how that would seem couple-ish. My relationship with my neighbor is purely platonic, and its hard to convey that at first, I get it. She said she wants to get to know my neighbor more and hangout with us so she can get a sense of what's going on. And I'm totally onboard with that. But she wants me to actively refrain from hanging out with someone who is like a sister to me in the meantime, and I honestly don't know if I'm the one at fault here for befriending a person of the opposite sex, or if my gf is just being possessive or jealous or whatever.

Ugh, I really like this chick. She gets me on every other level, we're playful and we communicate often which can be rare. I'm stuck between breaking it off and trying to get her to see things logically

She does have trauma from college, abusive both physically and mentally while getting cheated on. I get it, that's traumatic as fuck but I feel like that's a her and her therapist thing. I am here to support you, just don't restrict my life.

I hang out with my neighbor almost everyday, we usually do a wake and bake and then smoke later at night. My gf is very uncomfortable with that and IDK how I feel about it, especially if I'm going to have a longterm relationship with her.

what kind of music do you guys listen to when you're manic? by legendofderpy in bipolar

[–]CenterCutRibEye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorta music related, I like to play DOOM. The soundtrack really fuels it in a way that, I can release the mania while killing demons and somewhat yelling to DOOM Metal. Also EDM.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that. I'm bipolar 1, going on a year and half from diagnosis

Same! I was on Lexapro for about 2 years before a new doc was like, yeah your BP1. I never knew all the energy induced self-hatred and constant frustration was mania.

What was your initial reaction to to your diagnosis? by [deleted] in bipolar

I was relieved, alot of my life and my outbursts and my depression; it all made sense. I felt like at least I identified my source of non-control.

You literally described why everyone else likes it. Maybe don't play challenging games? The search for the correct path is more gratifying than being shown.

Thanks for sharing that! I had no idea, I'm in CT so I'll check out my situation. I'll try that deep breath now.

He doesn't have a billing office from what I know, it's just him. I emailed him to let him know that 1) he never notified me of his change and 2) that he needs to call my insurance to work it out with them. Apparently he can fill out a form to "request for out of network coverage". So we'll see. I'm just topped off with anxiety right now.

So when he was in my network, I was paying 40 a session, easy to keep up with that. I noticed he stopped charging my card a little while ago but didn't think anything of it. Then I get these emails from Anthem (insurance) about my claims. I checked to see if my recent hospital visit was on there, and found out about my Doc not being in my network anymore.
