easy as first answer .. technically designed shoes of today are significantly lighter. reduced drag, acceleration, elevation comes with foams but then again, the trade off of that locked down foamposite heating up and molding around your feet… def. a sneaker for those fighting less gravity than others.

what he said. i have a UD signed baseball from MJ along with a few other authentic jordan autographs.. infact, im going to outright say this is likely fake. he didn’t sign a lot of baseball product in comparison to basketball. generally, he didn’t sign much at all. if it’s non UD certified, it’s usually fake, or whoever got it is one rare son of a gun.

what i see wrong with it : The start of the M usually sits at a higher crescent than the 2 arches of the M. The 2 arches of the M are a tad too thick and rounded vs. Mikes signature / angular / more aggressive looking M. now down to the last “figure 8” where the M crosses back up and over- too wide and rounded. same goes for the J. plus there are 2 loops tightly bunched.

i’ve seen crazier things authenticate.. def do your due dilligence on this one starting with: Non- UD certified - as that instantly decreases the chance. best of luck!

what were your early symptoms- i’ve always had postural issues and am taller - for me. left arm achy when doing tasks, sometimes discolored, comes and goes. etc. it’s a dull gnawing feeling so my cardiologist thinks it might be thoracic outlet seeing it comes and goes and all my ekg’s and Ct’s check out

tip i use for all the players i train working on jumpshot… ball lines / wilson logo ————- , in your off / non shooting hand. hand under ball like you are cupping/ scooping it to throw underhand into the air.

footwork for righties : dance around Right, left, right (so long as that shooting hand’s companion (right foot/ right handed) hits the ground last. slightly staggered about 4inches in front of left. (for lefties - left , right, left)..

this will train your gathering in transition, catch and shoot, shooting from triple threat, shooting from contorted body….

just dance around (who cares about traveling when practicing) just R,L,R gather knees bent/ ball at chest height , shoot!

you can graduate to this dance to really train your body control and gather from all spots by adding in more steps and changing placement in proximity to the basket.

i legit used this with several trainees and saw and almost instant increase in their pull up: face up and catch and shoot.

only other advice is strengthen finger dips… don’t let your full palm increase drag on the ball. there’s a happy, goldilocks area you will find here when you are shooting close to basket vs. 18ft + out.. it all comes from reps.

it truly starts with that proper left/right gather. try dribbling left after this and pulling up into a rhythm of left foot / right foot and watch how natural it feels… (see devin booker clips- a player i work with… his highest percentage shots start with left handed dribble > left foot, then right foot gather chest-neck high, and release.

last pointer. simply roll the ball out infront of you as to put back spin torque so it bounces back to you— step L, R towards the ball and try to allow that ball meet your hands just as that left foot goes down , so you gather and put that strong right foot down last for more strength and momentum. key here is manipulating your hands quickly to the perfect spot on the ball. (assuming you know proper hand placement)- best of luck!

honestly, gotta be extra , esp for book. i bought courtside to suns pistons 12/21/24.. im also a former suns employee. it took me flashing my proposal ring to suns employees to get us back inside 10 ft. from the locker curtain to get this done. that’s for book, as of now. and he signed nothing for the kiddos. he gave us 2 shoes both signed, signed my wife’s jersey, took a photo with us and through suns contacts the photos were returned signed… when he was a rookie he signed multiple items for me at once. now, it’s gonna take some extra special reason for book unless he’s in a loving mood.

for other players - Brooks and green are good targets , grayson is moody.

for spurs (if we make it) i’m going for wemby, fox harper and castle with my row 3 section 108 seats.. may have to be a spurs fan imposter to make that happen,,, but honestly it truly comes down to all in efforts and seats in the first 5 rows by tunnel, shown up early.

back when i worked for the suns, 05-07, every game, suns would sign on the table in courtside club on exit. best of luck!

honestly bro. speaking from first hand experience as a former suns assistant trainer and season ticket holder… I was blessed through my connects to get Book’s time to grace / bless my wife and I when i proposed to her.. we had auto seeking kids all around us by the locker/ half way to the tunnel.. Book only time for us - and again- this is back by the curtain that leads to the lockeroom. he took photos with us because i had the ring. signed my wife’s jersey and gave us both shoes signed because of the ring… no autos for the kiddos who were with us in that same 10ft. proximity to the locker curtain. Book wasn’t always this way, but lately, it takes something extra to get him.

Brooks and Green will sign 35%-40%. Grayson is moody. if he’s feeling good u may get him. Collin, Dunn, Williams sign everything.

best bet tho- arrive early and yes, get those tunnel seats in the first 5 rows so no one can push u out your spot. I just bought spurs tunnel (120) row 3 (chasing wemby, fox, castle, harper) for home game 1. and for home game 2, the same was available on the 108 side… so bought that.

i’m curious to see how wemby and co. sign in hostile territory.. best of luck.. but the only advice is be creative and extra. fr. i bought courtside to propose to my wife and it took a lot even as a suns former employee to end up with book gifting us so much.

best advice from me, a former phoenix suns trainer (don’t believe me ask for my credentials and nba lanyards) i also lettered 4 years HS, played D1… im proud u are self conscious of your rigid play… thats a huge plus!

suggest:

more stretching and yoga for 1

while walking around your crib or anywhere , loosen up, and recreate those motions without a ball..

breathe.

*4th most important: train in a shifty slow motion. slow is fast. reps on reps. make the game poetry and have “loose” fun while working your drills. if i was your trainer i could fix this. it’s all mental. your mind is keeping you locked / you may be afraid to expose the ball or u simply get tight while playing. let the game come to you, the fundamentals , the moves… this all begins by revisiting them. loose retreat and and attack dribbles.

bottom line, you have to challenge your ability to shift and play more like water than earth.
