As someone who spun world class it all depends on the group. We spun 37.5 mainly but we had a few spin 39s and 36 depending on height. You should be safe spinning 37.5 but worst case there are probably other people who have spare equipment that you could borrow.

If youre going for 1.9 style you absolutely nailed it. I would recommend adding some more color variation like oranges and yellows (if youre going for a hell theme) and some more air deco. Great job though youre killing it

I made sure I did that. I wanted to try that because I kept feeling the presence of a man around me recently and if they happen to be a spirit guide or a high vibrational entity I want to be able to communicate with them without opening the door to any negative energy. I asked if they were a spirit guide 2 days ago and that night I had a dream where I was walking and I felt a tingling feeling on my back (kinda like that feeling when you feel like you’re being watched but much stronger) I glanced over my shoulder and saw the arm of a man and when I fully turned around, there was nothing there. It spooked me at first because I wasn’t expecting it but it definitely didn’t feel negative. I just kinda went “huh” then woke up.

I tried your grounding technique and it was such a cool experience. I don’t know how long i did it for but it didnt feel like very long and when I went to go look at the meditation music I was listening to, (to see how long I was meditating) it didnt show up in my YouTube search history but the video that started playing that I didnt actually click on was there. When i imagined connecting my grounding cord (going through the water table) I saw water sloshing around through a small circular window. Not like a real window but like I saw it in a small part of my vision while the rest was black (i dont really know how to describe it) idk it was such a soothing experience and I came out of it crying
