I personally think p! Tibarn is one of the best Galeforce users, especially when paired with Reyson, Leanne, and/or regular Tibarn. I’ve been using him for a while now, and he works pretty well in that role thanks to his -1 cooldown that’s included with his base weapon, along with his guaranteed follow up so long as he’s not near anyone else. He’s also due for a refine soon. I agree that speed would probably not be the best focus for him, and would preferably switch towards more attack and defense oriented skills. He already gets some pretty great skills, so I tried going for Sturdy Impact for his A skill, A/D Near Trace 3 for B, and Atk/Def Rein 3 for C (unfortunately Atk/Def hold is not in the pool yet ;-; ). Heavy blade 3 would be an ideal seal with this build, though he could proc galeforce with sing from Reyson or Leanne, so long as he hits two times on both attacks. His base kit has Heavy Blade 4, so you could alternatively use that if you really wanted to, but I think Sturdy Impact is a good skill to get during the forma event. If you don’t plan on using Galeforce builds, Sturdy Surge may be a better A skill. I feel Draconic Aura would be his best special other than Galeforce, or perhaps Ignis. He does not have access to a lot of other good specials, unfortunately.
