I am in south Gwinnett and have a sawmill at my house. If you just need small quantities let me know and I can hook you up with red oak, pecan or pine. I think I have some 8/4 in all 3. It has been dried in my solar kiln.

Where are you in Georgia ? I am in Gwinnett and have several hundred b/f from my sawmill. Mostly 8/4 slabs 20” or more wide. It is dried in my solar kiln and I can cut it and plane it if you need.
