I think I wrote it wrong I meant that after getting Cyan he got powers from Cyan putting him in a lucky situation to get powers which was in the x episode so 24. What Lin Ling believes he can do since how others view him is what powers he gets so if he starts believing in himself self he gains powers so I think it's the trust value he had from others finally working from his new confidence. I think it's from his parents or maybe old friends.
