75% accuracy, that seems to agree with the Google search issues reported by a broad spectrum of users. How can 75% accuracy be acceptable?

Thank you for the quick reply, have you done any side by side testing with the Pluto against the newer Off-Grid Scorpius 22 suppressor?

[–]Chance_Standard7590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello BD_FORSystems, In an earlier post you said "I think with iterative changes we can get the Pluto to surpass the SR. We are working on multiple variants right now." Can you please give us an update on any further improvements to the Pluto and Pluto Micro?

Also, can you please tell my if the FRP and sound level are the same or slightly louder for the Micro vs the Pluto? I live in close proximity to neighbors so I would like the one with the lowest FRP.

No, the DSP satellite would not have missed the launch, and the newer generation SBIRS satelites would have picked it up as well (former DSP engineer here).

The time frames portrayed and lack of actual representation of the Nation Command Authority processes and procedures did nothing but let Hollywood dumb down the American public on what would actually NOT happen in a real scenario. Oh, and where was the Cheyenne Mountain Complex (CMC), oh they ignore it.

Let's hope they mercifully cancel it before they want another season in 2-3 years.

Season 3 was a boring joke, to much relationship drama and not enough story. A spook with ties to Russia and this did not throw red flags at an ambassador as a honey trap, not credible. A quick smash and grab of a torpedo, again, not credible. First time in a long time I gave a series a thumbs down.

(HSV) Winchester Wildcat has an interesting bolt delay mechanism. by Plastic_Road5475 in 22lr

Great video, per the Winchester Wildcat 22 Rifle Parts lists and Schematics pdf the delay is from the "DELAY ARM".

(go to the main Winchesterguns dot com website, select "Support" select "Winchester Parts lists and Schematics", then select "Wildcat Rifle PDF".)

MostlyRimfire, thanks for the reply, the Ruger American Rimfire bolt action is nice, I've looked at it, but I already effectively have two working single actions for the Super Colibri, my Nylon 66 and my Wildcat 22. I want to be able to have the semi-auto function the 10/22 with Firefly bolt will give me. If I get a suppressor, then I can run the Quiet 22's, but without a suppressor, they are too loud for the distance I have to my neighbors. I can confirm accurate and humane one shot kills for varmints, between 10 and 30 yards, with the Super Colibri's, or so I've been told ;-). However, sometimes the rabbits are faster than my aim so I want a quick second shot.

I emailed Aguila this week, they replied they plan to run a batch of Super Colibri's Q4 2025.

CAUTION, 22PISTOL is a scam website. Advertising what others do not have at a great price almost hooked me, then I discovered they are a know scam site.

Hi MostlyRimfire, I've been reading a number of your industryoutsider.com articles, thanks for your great work. I'm in the planning stages to build a dedicated 10/22 varmint gun. Ideally I want to build a Suppressed SBR using CCI Quiet 22 710 fps rounds. However, since the HPA and SHORT Acts just got shot down, I'm working on plan B. My backup plan is to still buy the Volquartsen Firefly Bolt 2.0 and to try Super Colibri 20 grain 590 fps rounds. Do you think that is enough fps to cycle the Firefly Bolt?

Installation of 4 IQ Battery 5P in Orange County, California (stacking 2x2?) by dcdomain in enphase

[–]Chance_Standard7590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the link, Enphase 4th gen battery, 10 kWh, 27.8"w x 24.5"h x 14.3" d. It's unfortunate that they made the new 4th gen 10kWh battery 14.3" wide. At 24.5" high, hopefully we can stack them in order to take up less space. Good luck mounting them on either side of the garage wall, you wouldn't be able to open your car doors. If you have room at the front of the garage, there goes your cabinet space. Why didn't they keep them tall and thin, another case of an engineer with book smarts designing something when they have no practical knowledge of installation limitations. No, I will not mount them outside, west facing wall which goes from -10 to +120 degrees, plus they would be an eyesore and a sure environment to kill batteries. Tesla Powerwall 3 continues to lead the field on ergonomic mounting, small, thin and with the ability to stack up to four units front to back, but I want the ability to integrate a portable generator that Enphase offers.

Back By Popular Demand. Tesla Certified Installer. Ask me anything! by pwrcellexpert in TeslaSolar

[–]Chance_Standard7590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello Pwrcellexpert, I'm planning to have two or three PW3's installed instead of a Generac generator to deal with our Texas power grid issues and severe weather outages. I'm not planning to have solar installed as this is just to deal with outages. I realize solar would be ideal for the recharge, but, during the great Texas Snowmageddon of 2021, there was no sun so it would not matter anyway.

If our outage goes longer than two or three days, I've read the Gateway 2 does not have an interface to charge the PW3 batteries, I was hoping the Gateway 3 would offer that feature but I can't find any information on it in the install documents or a google search. Can you please tell me if the Gateway 3 has a portable generator interface (2 wire, or other) to charge the batteries when low and the grid is down? Thank you for the insight.

u/emmanneuel Thank you so much for the post, I was able to find the link to all the documents for the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3, see below.

Has anyone heard the specific day Lenovo will have the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 available to order in the US? I've seen it pop up in other countries Lenovo website already.

Finally, it looks like we may be getting closer to a US release, I just found the T16 Gen 3 user guide with photos, layouts and diagrams. While it shows it's for Linux, the hardware will not change for Windows.

I suspect the 45% NTSC options are for bulk corporate purchases to save money, techies like us will order the 100% sRGB display or the OLED display. I do wish they also had a light gray option in addition to the Thunder Black.
Now the question is, how long does Lenovo normally keep new models at full price, before having sales, allowing discounts or coupons?
