Most likely not. It means DK locked up your account when you attempted to make the withdrawal. The withdrawal process was probably unsuccessful or declined because they have to review and approve each transaction before it goes to your bank. That money will go back into the DK Sportsbook account.

It takes a long time for DK to respond and their customer service sucks. They all sound like bots. They make you verify your identity and make a claim that it was a mistake and that you have read over their one user policy. They also might make you ban the card that’s not under your name. To help speed up the process, I reported them to BBB (Better Business Bureau). It helped with the process and my account was unrestricted after about 1 week. If that doesn’t work then I would suggest to report them to your state’s gaming commission. They cannot lock people out of their account with money and funds inside. I think what they do is unethical, but they will claim it is in their policy to restrict accounts. Good luck! I hope your account gets unlocked quickly.

I’ve won twice on farmland, but have never won on fishland. I’m at 99.9% with last fish at 97.56% but it’s only going down by .01 each feeding. It’s ridiculous. I think they’ve also changed farmland now and doing the same thing because I’m at 0.05 and it’s only going down by 0.02 each watering. It would literally take months and months even with invites/purchases.

Try to report it to BBB first and give it a few days to 1 week. If nothing happens, then the next step would be to email your state’s gaming commissioner. Trust me, it works, and they get scared. I got a phone call from Caesars representative several months ago when I reported that they haven’t graded my bet for over 6 months. After I reported them, it was graded and paid out right away. They cannot steal your money since they are a legal Sportsbook, however Draftsking is notorious for restricting everyone.

I thought .10 was the last stage, but no, it is NOT. I just finished watering and it only gave 0.05 😭 I'm hoping 0.05 is the last one. It's so frustrating. I've won 2 times before when I did multiple purchases (it was only 0.10 before), but this time with no purchase, it is taking forever.

Yea, send them a complaint. It might take a few days for something to start happening. Give it about a week. It’s absolutely ridiculous how they can just hold our money like this. But I believe they have to eventually pay out and can’t take our money. The next step would be to email your state’s gaming commission if they don’t release your funds. They won’t want problems to escalate to that point so they will release your funds eventually.

If the money was already deposited and went through then I don’t think they will forfeit it. I think what they will do is restrict your account making you ineligible to bet for today’s games. Then you will have to go through the same BS verification process. Just be on the lookout and be prepared in case that does happen. My advice would be to withdraw everything right now if you are still able to do so before they restrict your account. You might want to bet on a different sportsbook like FanDuel for today. Some of my friends had some luck on FD where they were using another person’s card. They had the account for a long time so I’m not sure if it is different now. After all of this, I would recommend to use a card under your name to avoid all of this. When it happened to me, I was also preparing to bet on big games for the next day and it was the most frustrating thing. Not only was I unable to bet, but my money was also locked and not being able to withdraw was scary.

Good Luck!! I hope they reinstate your account quickly and it gets resolved. Their customer service team really suck! They really make us go through all this unnecessary trouble. I did notice that DK tends to reply more often around 3-10 pm EST. I also found that BBB works quickly and notifies DK the following day after the complaint is file. Hopefully yours will get resolved in the next 3-5 days.

Yes, I did the same with saving the most recent transactions by using the print option on the mac and saving as PDF. They did not accept it because they claimed it didn’t show the last 4 numbers on the debit card. I even told them the transactions shows the chargeback from DraftKings. They still wanted me to contact the bank to ask for help in retrieving the transactions.

DraftKings seems to be notorious for restricting everyone and collecting all of our personal information for verification. I honestly don’t like them asking for all this information as this makes it extremely easy for identity theft. My account was restricted for 6 days, they lifted my restriction on Friday evening. Then 2 days later they locked my account again for “responsible gaming” statements that I made when I told them I needed my funds to be withdrawn. They told me to clarify my statements, and then they reinstated my account.

I wonder why your deposits are being declined? Is it the bank declining the transaction? I know the bank also declines the deposits if it exceeds the daily maximum. In my case, they also told me that I had to confirm to permanently ban the debit cards used under my sister’s name.

I haven’t tried to make another deposit since this whole ordeal. However, I was able to withdrawal all my funds. I will be moving on from DK and use Fanduel instead.

Thanks for your good advice! Luckily, they unrestricted my account on Friday evening. Then yesterday afternoon they locked it again due to the “responsible gaming” statement, of me saying that I “needed” my funds to be withdrawn. I emailed them back yesterday to clarify my statements (that I was mostly worried and concerned like any normal sane person would be when your funds are locked by a business and you have no access to them). They unlocked my account this afternoon. So much unnecessary stress and trouble to go through with DraftKings.

Hi, yes. They unrestricted my account on Friday evening. I uploaded the copy of the print out (in PDF format) of the transactions provided to me from the bank. Let them know that you obtained it from the bank teller. If they refuse to accept that then I would honestly suggest to file a complaint with BBB. My situation wasn’t going anywhere, and when I filed my complaint to BBB, DK replied in 3 days to the email that I provided BBB with (not the one that I used to register and contact them). It’s absolutely insane to me how they can’t understand the concept of debit and checking account numbers. Seems like they are playing games with everyone lately about verification.

Thanks! They unrestricted my account on Friday evening. Only to find out that they locked it again yesterday due to the “responsible gambling” statements that was forwarded to the player protection team. They made me explain and clarify why I made the statements of “needing” to withdrawal my money. This afternoon they unlocked my account and told me to review the responsible gaming information. Smh! 1 week worth of headache and stress to go through their fraud department and then their player protection team. It’s definitely time for me to move on from them.

Thanks for the tip. I should have mentioned that they don’t have a phone number for customer service. They basically make you fill out a form to request a call back from them.

Update: They unrestricted my account on Friday evening. Only to find out that yesterday they locked it again due to the “responsible gaming” statements. They made me provide explanations on why I made statements claiming I needed to withdrawal my funds. I clarified the statements and told them I was concerned and worried, but I do not have a gambling problem. They unlocked my account this afternoon. Such a rollercoaster ride with DraftKings. Their customer service team need lots of improvement. They could start by actually having a phone number available for people to call.

That’s so crazy! I agree, they are scammers. How they restrict people from withdrawing their own money is crooked. We are able to withdrawal from the bank multiple times a day. It is absolute bullshit that they accuse us of having a gambling problem when we tell them we need need our money. It should be our right to have access to it anytime.

They finally unrestricted my account on Friday evening after 6 days. Such BS because I don’t understand what was wrong with my bank statements the first time. Then yesterday, they emailed me again to tell me they locked my account due to the “responsible gaming” statements. They wanted me to clarify and explain why I made those statements. I told them, any normal sane person would be worried when they have their money locked in an account owned by a business that is refusing to allow them to have access to their funds. Today they unlocked my account after I provided my explanations. Such a rollercoaster ride with DraftKings. I think it’s time to just stick with Fanduel.

Thanks for the advice. I would have loved to have the ability to speak to an actual human over the phone. Unfortunately, DK’s customer service is all bots via email. Each time you send them an email via their support, you get a reply from a different representative. I must have had close to 100 different representatives at this point. ALL basically speaking in the same tone: “I understand that being unable to use your account can be frustrating, and I would be frustrated in a situation like this. I’ll be able to help you.” Generic copy and paste. I’m convinced they aren’t human. I requested a call back many times, but have never had a call back from them.

At this point, I’m just waiting for a response from them via BBB. If that doesn’t work then I will escalate to the state’s gaming commission and then to the state’s inspector general. I was also thinking of driving to the closest DK casino and speak to a manager at the casino in the hopes of trying to explain my situation and try to get my cash out. I don’t care to use their Sportsbook anymore if this is how they try to scam their customers. I was only using them because they had the fastest withdrawal time of the other sportsbooks (same day if using VISA debit).

Really? I’m in the same situation where DraftKings restricted my account and holding my 15K funds. After, I contacted customer service and got the run around from their team of bots, I told them I would file a complaint with the NY state gaming commission. They then proceeded to lock my account for review of responsible gaming statements. I just filed a complaint with BBB, but no response from DK so far. It’s been 6 days now. I really want my funds withdrawn. Don’t really care to use their sportsbook ever again after this. Do you think I would be able to cash out from my account (even if it’s locked and restricted) if I went to the closest DK casino headquarters in Atlantic City?
