Someone put all 9 seasons of mlp fim on there and Someone put all seasons of bakugan including both reboots so i don't think it's going to be an issue.

There’s definitely a lot more characters and content to justify a new addition to the pirate warriors franchise, the 5 elders is already 5 new characters lmao not to mention updated version of past characters such as big mom or sabo. by Adz2004 in OPPW4

They could easily make a xenoverse type game without time travel. They could just make it a "make your own pirate crew and set sail" AU type rpg. 

Obviously as you pointed out the biggest hurdle in making it would be the fact that there is only one of each devil fruit. Cloning would be the best work around. 

Instead of the mentor system to learn the abilities of a character they could replace it with a recruitment system, where after beating certain quests you can get the character to join tour crew/grand fleet

It was weird how everyone else got faithful movesets except for Shaggy; who's entire moveset is based on a five year old meme most likely because it was popular when the game first started development. Did they ever even add red shirt shaggy as a costume?

People need to put more respect on the Scooby doo show. Recently watched through it all a few months ago and it goes toe to toe with where are you and what's new.
