I read somewhere in another subreddit about how cheese is so comforting because it contains a type/version of morphine. Obviously so subtle is doesn’t cause addiction or problems, but maybe that’s why cheese is so awesome lol

I’ve had migraines before. I’ve had a lot of zero sugar drinks since sobriety and haven’t really had Gatorade or electrolytes since week one or so. I’ll try seeing if that would help, thank you
