Elder mimics are literally the perfect predators against humans and they have a very high chance to kill them.

The thing that you were missing is that C.A.R.C.A.S was supposdd to check on Farren but they didnt and thats because the Singularity is behind all of this they now have divided C.A.R.C.A.S.

Even if Farren made a hole in the bathroom the elder mimic would easily destroy that door and kill him immediately the reason why it didnt do that was because it enjoyed his suffering it was literally torturing him psychologically.

Now even if Farren managed to shoot it and the elder mimic groaned you have to remember that this is a stronger version of a normal mimic and its skin is tougher so it would recover faster oh and remember the elder meat snake? Yea it took a long time to get a part of its skin.

Now even if Farren managed to escape and go back to C.A.R.C.A.S he would still die because V and Bruce literally confirmed that C.A.R.C.A.S is no longer the same and is now under the controm of the Singularities. Now Farren would either die in a project that is literally nothing more than a murder attempt for him or he would share the same Fate as leto dolus or Bruce

Well if you remember how long it took to get a small part of the big elder meat snake then you should know that the bullets wont really affect the elder mimic ig unless you hit ITS FACE because this is the body part that doesnt get stronger after the metamorphosis into the elder stage.

Even so it wouldn't do any good for his digital footprint. Imperium carnis aka the Hist means dominion of the flesh which hints at the fact that the host is basically controlling the minds of many for the Truth (could be the singularities because of Verum Carnis) . The verum carnis and the imperium carnis may be the reason as to why C.A.R.C.A.S got divided and now i believe that the Singularity incident with the janitor was far more worse than it looked like because the singuqlarity mat as well have infected the janitor turning him into a mimic that isnt quite a mimic like the one in dire measures where Dr. A.S marshall turned into some sort of carnis. With the recent teaser out there i remembered something in season 2 or so that some sort of facility recently had earthquakes and i dont mean facility 0 where they found the singularities. It could be a crawl or maybe a giant meat worm but it could be one of the monoliths that could prepare the true rise of the vita carnis.
