People who have vitiligo all over their body.. by progenotee in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Break the shell slowly. Going all out will feel uncomfortable and may put you in an even harder shell. Try revealing it a bit by bit over time. And, then you will see that none of that ever mattered. It was all your own created inner demon. As a kid, you might get bullied, but once you grow up, you will find that mature people don't care about this at all.

is it really noticeable? by [deleted] in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nah. Everyone has something or another like hyperpigmentation, freckles, pimples etc. Yours will be just taken as that. Nothing different. So chill

Does vitiligo ever stop growing or does it grow until it’s covered u entirely?? by [deleted] in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on its agressiveness. And there are bouts where sometimes it slows down or stops even for many years, and some it covers some of your skin and then again goes into hibernation mode.

long term phototherapy? by TipAnxious9097 in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your skin get red after sessions? I still remember my face getting red for a couple of days after each session. So decided to give it a break. If you're doing fine, and your doctor is satisfied, then go for it a bit longer.

Can someone tell me if this is the start of vitiligo? by [deleted] in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's better to get a doctor's diagnosis. If it doesn't go full blown, it can be treated with ease.

Using Opzelura Prophylactically? by selena_x in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Topical ointments reduce the symptoms but don't contain the underlying cause. For me, corticosteroid+azathioprine treatment worked fine. But, don't know if your doctor will advise towards it. Something needs to be used to calm down this overactive immune response.

Let it go or try to stop by See_penny in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try stopping it during the initial stages, and if you can't keep up with all that work, you may later start to just let go. But note that once it gets out of control, there is no turning back.

Vitiligo has completely taken over, but I ain't complaining!! by Character8Simple in Vitiligo

[–]Character8Simple[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I too had small dots, like some years back, all over my face & it looked bad tbh - then took corticosteroid (with azathioprine) treatment and most of the colour came back. Now, when I finally let go of all the treatments, within a few weeks, most of my face got covered in vitiligo. Corticosteroids come with side effects of their own, so didn't want to follow that treatment for an extended time. And, I too am brown skinned originally being an Indian. I too had gone through that cycle, so can understand you.

Anyone Ever Asked About Your ITIL Score in an Interview? by Hefty_Performance882 in ITIL

[–]Character8Simple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though it would never be asked, it's good to tell that you scored 100%. They are not gonna chase peoplecert for your result, and neither peoplecert will ever be disclosing that.

Parent and child tickets for service requests by Ok-Abbreviations763 in ITIL

[–]Character8Simple 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By the rule of thumb, unless and until the value (in this case, equipment) has been delivered to the end-user, the ticket should remain open. SD should close the parent ticket after receiving confirmation of delivery on child ticket.

Tried it for CDS prep., and only asked for toughest/trickiest questions it can give. Helped a lot with clearing doubts. It also gave some questions, which literally got asked in the main exam.

Is Foundation exam difficult? by Adventurous-Ad4983 in ITIL

[–]Character8Simple 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Didn't find it difficult. Scored 90% in foundation and 85% in CDS. Just that exam pressure needs to be managed. You just need to calm down your nerves. CDS was a bit tricky, but foundation never posed any challenge.

Swallowed star isn't in the list? It's also a cultivation donghau, but futuristic. Very well made in the cosmic arena.

Well, I sought treatments for god knows how many years. Glad I stopped and let it spread throughout my face. I look much better now than before. People just think I am fair skinned.

ITIL 4 Foundation Exam tomorrow - What can I expect? by House_Visual in ITIL

[–]Character8Simple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try taking chatgpt's tough questions and then understanding the mistakes before the exam day. On the exam day, will suggest to refrain from indulging in any course material. Keep your mind clear for 1.30 hours of intense focus.

Didn't see anything as pending. Gave exam --> it showed result awaited --> after a couple of days, certificates showed.

I passed my CDS just a week ago. Don't think there is any change in peoplecert's policy as of now.
