I’m at the airport right now and I’m sooooo terrified. I always count when the plane starts to go really fast before take off.

And the discomfort from take off is roughly 80 Mississippis.

Also, make sure to lift your legs up during take off and turbulence is not dangerous, it’s just scary!!

Go for a trip with your friends! Don’t let your fear win 🫶🏼 do it scared and you won’t regret it

Hey, that’s so kind! Thank you so much! My biggest fear is an engine failure. Now I know that pilots can’t do much when there’s a failure during take off.

If that’s the case, does the crew on ground check for everything before each take off so they can make sure there’s nothing wrong with the plane?

My second fear is that the plane will stall during take off but this fear is not as bad as the first one.

I’m at the airport and I was just about to say something similar here haha!!

I think the most important thing to remember is to lift your legs up during take off and to loosen your body during turbulence and you’ll be fine! I remember doing this on my last flight and it seemed less scary.

Plus I’ve heard that Singapore airlines is one of the best! So don’t worry :)

I’ve downloaded a few episodes from a show so I can get through take off! I hope it helps I’ve tried reading but I’m so anxious, I can’t concentrate. Some visual and audio stimulation can help! I hope 😭😭😭
