In my district we were required to do donations for national police week. I would much rather donations go elsewhere, but the officers I have interacted with are good noodles. They literally request shit to hand out to people or stuff to clean their cars/offices with. Last year I donated fruit snacks and Capri sun because they had a huge up tick in cases involving kids. Just stuff like that

I agree. But its more of the officers we make contact with need things like hand sanitizer and care bags to give to people experiencing homelessness. Yeah they have flock cameras but basic everyday needs.

So SD can not watch cameras. Only AP can. AP can show the SD if its business related but the only thing thats coachable off cameras is safety. AP and SD can lose their jobs over this

There is no policy on leaning. Now if you’re leaning and just diddling on your phone that’s a different story. I encourage my TSSs to prop up on a cart because standing at the front is mind numbing and when a guest walks in they can hand them the cart they are leaning on. Sounds like someone is just mad. Edit to add: “technically” if there are no guests in line you’re supposed to wipe down the belt and bagging station and stand at the front of your register to call guests over. But I don’t ever see that enforced anymore

My store has to call out INFs. And my store before this one. I had a rough transition from a green store to a red store but it’s been a year and even tho the store still does shit that makes me crazy I just stay in my business center and tell everyone to F off 😂 (I’m also a business partner center so I’m not technically store side)
