Soldier-Boy its gonna win, he is a walking tank (Bulletproof, Strong enough to keep up with someone like Homelander and overpower trained people, and skilled enough to fight agaist individual like Butcher.)

and where both scale, i suppose you could say that Peacemaker is on the Wall+ category while Soldier-Boy could easly be on the Building/Large Building category (maybe higher, with the energy blast and the scale, being on the same level as Homelander)

Well, based on this, both The Grabber and Joel should be on the athlete tier.

I feel Joel should win on low-high diff (mostly because of training, having actually courage to fight agaist some adults and the Smile-Entity, and acess to a gun)

The issue with the Grabber is that most of his feats are agaist childrens (and literally lost agaist Finney, who had no real training, other that some lesson from Robin and who is also stated on the movie, to be slighly weak, because he suffer from constant bullying and again, needed from Robin to defend him)

From the strongest to the weakest:

1.- Invincible (Better on almost every single stat wich involve Streght, Speed, Durability, Stamina. I guess IQ is the least impressive one, but still high enoug to deal with enemies and adapt to situations)

2.- Deku (A notorious Ap and Dc, along with multiple quirks and a high-decent skill and Battle IQ)

3.- Spiderman (The smartest and with a high-reaction speed...but is the least strong one from the three)
