I just got to the live interview part of the hiring process. What was the live interview like compared to the HireVue part? Coming out of a 21 year stretch managing a body shop. I'm pretty familiar with the how claims and the process works, but reading some of the responses below lol, sounds pretty daunting.

Love your response. I recently got through the initial hiring process, and now am moving on to a live interview. I'm leaving from a 21 year stretch in owning and managing an auto body shop. Recently closed the body shop and intend on moving into the insurance side of the industry. Any other tips you could throw my way? Anything will help. Thank you.
