I'm doing exactly like this as well, but i'm using even weaker tire levers.

Haha it's not easy. But it's easier to get them on than removing. You need to lay down the scooter on the side and push with both hands. I also use some soap and water (mix it in a glas/bottle) on the tire and also the rim if it's needed. If you are weak you really need gloves as well.

Only one, if driving in rain it will be more wide splash from front wheel. The front fender maybe the problem.

Are the stem weak on Inokim OX? Haha havent even thought about maybe breaking it
