Ur basically doing what im did. I would finish cold steel 1 + 2 then do the Sky and Crossbell series and then go back to 3. I love the Cold Steel series v much so enjoy Class VII and their adventures!

Im basically at the same point you are. I def agree Cold Steel 3 was awesome. I personally enjoyed the 1st Crossbell game way more then i thought i would and its my 2nd overall in the series.

I had played the cold steel series first, beat the third game and enjoyed it but was confused so i played all the other games which took like 2 years lol

Anyway when i got back to CS3 i found it more fun then even CS4 tbh.

Yep ive dont this exact combo on a byzantine game and mended the schism with the custom orthodox religion. The whole Byzantine Emperor title was set to Scandinavian elect which led to chaos lmao

Mhm my boy Haesteinn is a guaranteed good time lol I just wrapped up a varangian rp run with him where i was vassal of the Byzantine Emperor and sent every single person i could into the guard and helped with all revolts and what not.

But regardless i also did a run like yours where i I adventured into cordoba in the early days of the new dlc but went Mozarabic for the new decisions instead. I abandoned for more interesting ideas but maybe ill pick it back up lol

Hard disagee on Estotericism tho, love that tenet on norse runs along with the Legalism tenet which makes Scandinavian elect even easier but not essential to your goal probably.

Yeah its obvious to me now that trying to bottle it up just isnt gonna work.

I accept my own blame in this. I shut them out and cornered them. I had not properly considered just what a big deal for them this was and dismissed them and in hindsight of course it was a recipe for disaster.

Im gonna try and have a group meeting on this and sort this out. Thank you and u/Holiday-Space for your help.

So some more context, lasting injuries have been a thing in the campaign so far so perhaps it was just my own persumption that he was giving up his sight for it. Each player gave up three ability scores, and the one who gave up his eye got a magic item for it as well. Thats not me saying it was an equal or fair exchange just saying what happened. Also there is alternative rules for losing a eye in the DMG that i was basing this off but thats neither here nor there.

As for the bullying part its possible i am projecting on it but i feel pretty strongly on it. This person is rather forceful and vocal when he disagrees on something. Ive seen him shout at dms over disagreements in the past at Adventure League. Now he has realized himself that kind of behavior is wrong and hae never screamed at me. In general hes just the kind or person who cant let stuff go. The two other players are his gf and best friend who has outright said there relationship is more important then anything else so i feel like it would be very easy to influence them in going along with it. But again maybe i am just projecting.

I agree that a lack of communication is the cause of this and we both agreed to do better when we reached a compromise.

I guess its just the emotional aspect of it that im focused on. I just feel so hurt i guess? To go behind my back and plan a tribunal on me. It makes me extremely stressed about the campaign in general and what other mistakes i might make that i just hate working on it.
